Add the People You’d Like Feedback From
Here, you’ll build your full feedback cohort. Your own information is already included—now it’s time to add others.
Begin entering the details of each person you’d like to invite. For each person you’re inviting to give feedback, please select their role according to this guide:
- Your Team – Direct reports; people who report to you
- Your Manager – The person you report to
- Your Peers – Colleagues at your same level in the organization
- Others Internal – People in your organization who don’t report to you or manage you
Repeat this step until everyone is listed.
After you’ve added everyone you want, just click “Submit” to send us your cohort details. We will set up everything in the system, and you and your respondents will receive an email to begin the assessment.
Tips:
- You can include colleagues, direct reports, peers, and supervisors. At a minimum, we suggest at least your supervisor and a direct report.
- Add up to 6 respondents—just remember the report won’t generate until everyone has completed the assessment—so aim for a number that feels realistic. At your request, we can always remove respondents later if needed.
